Arrest Made in Connection with Shooting Death of Jack in the Box Employee in Charlotte

Charlotte-Eckleburg Police have announced the arrest of Marcus Dahn, 28, in connection with the shooting death of a 17-year-old employee at a Jack in the Box restaurant on N. Hoskins Road near Brookshire Boulevard. Dahn was located and arrested by police for an unrelated arrest warrant on Sunday and has been charged with first-degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, and other charges.

The victim, identified as Fate Brannon, 17, tragically lost his life in the incident that occurred at around 2:45 p.m. on Friday. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s homicide unit was called to the scene on N. Hoskins Road near Brookshire Boulevard to investigate the shooting.

Suspects Still at Large
