Recovery of the Child and Arrest of the Suspect
The stolen Toyota was found at a shopping center in Windsor, Connecticut, while the childor was recovered at a nearby hotel in East Windsor, Connecticut. The entire ordeal, from the abduction to the recovery, took approximately 2 hours.
The suspect, identified as 52-year-old Vadim Vorobyov of Springfield, was apprehended at the shopping center where the car was located.
