A teenager in West Earl, Pa., was arrested for driving a UTV under the influence of alcohol. The incident occurred when police spotted a camouflaged John Deere Gator leaving a Sheetz parking lot without using a turn signal. The driver, identified as Nolan Weaver, 19, showed signs of alcohol impairment and failed field sobriety tests. A breath test revealed his blood alcohol concentration was five times over the legal limit for a person underage. Weaver is facing charges including DUI-general impairment, DUI-minor, and underage consumption of alcoholic beverages. He was released pending a court hearing. Teenager Arrested for DUI While Driving UTV in West Earl, Pennsylvania
WEST EARL, Pa. — A teenager in eastern Pennsylvania is facing charges for driving a UTV while under the influence of alcohol earlier in March. The incident took place in West Earl Township, Lancaster County, where officers from the West Earl Township Police Department spotted a camouflaged John Deere Gator leaving a Sheetz parking lot and turning onto Newport Road around 2:10 a.m. on March 17.
Police Stop and Arrest
Due to the driver not using a turn signal and the Gator not being registered, officers decided to conduct a traffic stop. Upon investigation, it was noted that the driver, identified as Nolan Weaver, 19, was showing signs of alcohol impairment. After failing field sobriety tests, Weaver was taken to the police station, where he consented to a breath test. The results of the test showed that Weaver had a blood alcohol concentration five times over the legal limit for a person underage.

Charges Faced by Weaver
Weaver is now facing several charges, including DUI-general impairment, DUI-minor, and underage consumption of alcoholic beverages. He was released pending a court hearing.
