Authorities have identified the Baltimore County Police Department officers involved in the fatal officer-involved shooting that took place on January 9, 2024, in Pikesville. Victim Identified as Sha-Kim Akil Webley

The victim of the fatal shooting has been identified as 29-year-old Sha-Kim Akil Webley, a resident of Windsor Mill. The circumstances surrounding the shooting are currently under investigation by the Independent Investigations Division (IID).

Body-Worn Camera Footage

On March 15, 2024, the IID released a redacted version of the body-worn camera footage captured during the incident.
