ORLANDO, Fla. — Reports from the Orlando Police Department indicate that a tragic incident unfolded at a residence on Dorado Avenue, where a heated dispute between a landlord and tenant turned fatal.

Following a verbal altercation, the tenant resorted to using a firearm, resulting in the shooting of both individuals involved.

The victim, identified as 40-year-old Angel Luis Santos, tragically succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

All parties have been accounted for, and law enforcement authorities have confirmed that there are no outstanding suspects at this time.
