West-SSP Dr Hafeezur Rehman Bugti has assured that the incident is under thorough investigation from various angles. The bodies were taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal procedures, where police surgeon Dr Summaiya Syed determined the cause of death. Shah Zaman had sustained three bullet wounds – one to the head and two to the chest, while the unidentified victim had a single gunshot wound to the head.

Ali Nawaz, the father of Shah Zaman, expressed his grief and disbelief at the tragic loss of his son. He recounted how Shah Zaman had left for his grandmother’s house in Malir and never returned, leaving the family in a state of anguish and uncertainty.
