According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (South) Ankit Chauhan, the authorities received a distressing call around 10 pm on March 25 regarding an unconscious person in Rajpur Khurd Extension. Upon reaching the scene, the police found the lifeless body of Pankaj Singh Negi.

It was revealed that Pankaj had met with his girlfriend earlier that day while in a highly intoxicated state. The meeting took a sour turn, resulting in a heated argument between the couple. Following the altercation, Pankaj left his girlfriend’s residence and ceased all communication with her.
