According to initial reports, the 2015 BMW driven by Hoffman was travelling southbound on Cottonmill Road when the vehicle veered off the road, rolled over, and ejected the driver. Sadly, Hoffman was found deceased at the scene. There were no other passengers in the vehicle at the time of the accident.
