According to a recent arrest report from the Boca Raton Police Department, a woman named Angela Blain found herself in trouble with the law after being charged with DUI and refusing to accept a citation. The incident took place at the Brightline Train Station in Boca Raton, Florida, where Blain was arrested and subsequently jailed on a Friday night.
Upon arrival at the scene, an investigating officer described encountering a silver Land Rover parked on the third floor of the parking garage. Inside the vehicle, Angela Blain, a white female, was found in the driver’s seat. The officer observed signs of impairment, including a strong odor of alcohol, watery and glassy eyes, slow and slurred speech, and overall disorientation. Concerned for public safety, the officer turned off the vehicle and requested Blain to exit for further investigation.
Despite these requests, Blain refused to cooperate and participate in field sobriety exercises, leading to her subsequent arrest. She was taken to the Boca Raton Regional Hospital for medical clearance due to her inability to stand, where she continued to resist authorities by refusing to sign the DUI citation, which resulted in additional charges.
After being booked into jail and later released on bond, Angela Blain now awaits a court date to address the charges brought against her.
