Identification and Arrest of the Suspect

Thanks to video surveillance and witness statements, the Livermore Police’s Crime Prevention Unit was able to identify the suspect as a 14-year-old resident of Livermore. The minor was subsequently arrested at his school and taken to the Alameda County Juvenile Hall in San Leandro on March 21. He now faces multiple charges including attempted carjacking, attempted robbery, and criminal threats.
