Two people tragically lost their lives in separate road accidents in Rangunia and Boalkhali upazilas of Chattogram. The victims were identified as Mohammad Abdul Hannan, a 34-year-old CNG-run autorickshaw driver, and Azizur Rahman, a 38-year-old truck driver. In Rangunia, a fatal collision between a fish-laden truck and a CNG auto-rickshaw resulted in the death of the auto-rickshaw driver and injuries to three passengers. Two Killed in Separate Road Accidents in Chattogram

Two tragic road accidents occurred today in Rangunia and Boalkhali upazilas of Chattogram, resulting in the loss of two lives.

The victims have been identified as Mohammad Abdul Hannan, a 34-year-old CNG-run autorickshaw driver, and Azizur Rahman, a 38-year-old truck driver.

In Rangunia, a fatal collision took place on the Chattogram-Kaptai road at 9:00 am involving a fish-laden truck and a CNG auto-rickshaw. The auto-rickshaw driver lost his life on the spot, while three passengers sustained injuries.

Local authorities, including the police, promptly responded to the incident and transported the injured individuals to Rangunia Upazila Health Complex for medical treatment.

Meanwhile, in Boalkhali, a truck driver met with a tragic accident as his vehicle overturned in a paddy field near Kanungopara Sreepur Bura Masjid Road early this morning. The driver, Azizur Rahman, succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

Nur-e-Alam, sub-inspector of Boalkhali Police Station, confirmed the incident and mentioned that the body of the deceased has been moved to Patiya.
