On the evening of March 15, 2024, at approximately 9:24 P.M., a Laurel Police Department officer on patrol conducted a routine traffic stop on Wilson Street in Laurel, Delaware. The officer stopped a car for a traffic violation, only to discover that the registered owner had an active warrant with a suspended driver’s license.
