Upon reaching the scene, they were met with a harrowing sight – the house engulfed in flames. Despite their best efforts, the firefighters found four lifeless bodies inside the burning structure.

The bodies were transported to Hamilton County, Ohio for detailed autopsies conducted by a forensic pathologist.
