Jimmie Allen’s Former Manager Drops Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Jimmie Allen‘s former manager, known only as Jane Doe in court documents, has decided to drop her sexual assault lawsuit against the country music star. The lawsuit had accused Allen of subjecting her to sexual abuse and harassment over an 18-month period during her time working at his management team.

Another woman had also filed a lawsuit against Allen, alleging sexual assault and claiming that the musician had continued to engage in unprotected sexual activity despite her withdrawal of consent. The woman, who reported the incident to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, further claimed that Allen had recorded their encounters.

While the first woman has dismissed her claims against Allen, she has maintained her lawsuit against Wide Open Music, Allen’s former management company, and its founder, Ash Bowers. The second lawsuit, filed in June 2023, is still pending.

Allen has vehemently denied all allegations and has countersued both women. He has accused the first woman of defamation and has alleged that the second woman stole a phone that he purportedly used to record her.

Their decision to work on their relationship has been successful, and they are now proud parents of a newborn baby boy named Cohen Ace James, born on September 27.
