Man Found Fatally Shot Outside Home in East Oak Cliff, Dallas Police Say

Officers discovered a man lying unresponsive on the ground, later identified as 31-year-old Christopher Hawkins. Dallas Fire-Rescue personnel determined that Hawkins had been shot and tragically succumbed to his injuries outside the residence.
