MIAMI – Authorities in Hollywood, Florida, have announced the arrest of two individuals in connection with the tragic discovery of a deceased baby in a dumpster.

On January 8th, Hollywood Police responded to a distressing scene on Rodman Street, where the lifeless body of a baby was found inside a bag in a dumpster.

Following a thorough investigation, Brenda Feliciano, 36, was identified as the mother of the infant, while Terence Warren, 59, was pinpointed as the individual responsible for discarding the baby in the dumpster.

Both Feliciano and Warren faced charges related to their involvement in the incident, with Feliciano being charged with failure to report a death, and Warren being arrested for failure to report a death and improper disposal of a dead body.

Under Florida state law, parents have the option to surrender newborns to firefighters and hospital staff anonymously.
