The victim, Kunjbala Ashok Mehta, resided with her spouse in an apartment in Juhu. The couple had enlisted the services of a caregiver to assist with their daily routines and mobility needs. However, on the first day of his employment, the caretaker allegedly launched a vicious attack on Mehta.

According to police officials, the incident occurred around 12.30pm on Thursday while Mehta was occupied with her household chores. The assailant reportedly barged into the bedroom, where he proceeded to assault her. In a shocking turn of events, the accused attempted to strangle Mehta and forcefully pushed her against the wall before making off with her gold jewellery.

Following the ordeal, Mehta contacted her relatives to inform them of the harrowing experience. Subsequently, the matter was reported to the authorities, leading to the registration of a case under section 397 of the Indian Penal Code, which pertains to robbery or dacoity with an intent to cause death or grievous harm.

In a bid to track down the perpetrator, law enforcement officials scoured CCTV footage, which eventually led to the identification of the suspect fleeing the scene. Through meticulous surveillance and the assistance of technical resources and informants, the investigators traced the caretaker to a guest house in south Mumbai.

the latest trends in sustainable fashion:

Sustainable fashion is a growing trend in the fashion industry, with more and more consumers becoming conscious of the environmental and ethical impact of their clothing choices. From eco-friendly materials to ethical production practices, there are many ways that fashion brands are incorporating sustainability into their collections.

One of the latest trends in sustainable fashion is the use of recycled materials. Many brands are now using recycled fabrics such as organic cotton, recycled polyester, and even fabrics made from recycled plastic bottles. These materials not only reduce the demand for new resources but also help to reduce waste in landfills.

Another trend in sustainable fashion is the rise of slow fashion. Slow fashion is all about creating quality, timeless pieces that are meant to last for years, rather than following the fast-paced trends of the fashion industry. By investing in well-made, classic pieces, consumers can reduce their overall consumption and lessen their environmental impact.

Ethical production practices are also a key trend in sustainable fashion. Brands are increasingly transparent about where and how their clothing is made, ensuring that workers are paid fair wages and treated ethically. This commitment to ethical production not only benefits workers but also helps to create a more sustainable fashion industry overall.

In addition to these trends, sustainable fashion is also becoming more inclusive. Brands are expanding their size ranges to be more inclusive of all body types, as well as offering gender-neutral and unisex options. This push for diversity and inclusivity in sustainable fashion is helping to make the industry more accessible to a wider range of consumers.

Overall, the latest trends in sustainable fashion are all about creating a more ethical, environmentally-friendly industry. From recycled materials to slow fashion and ethical production practices, there are many ways that consumers can support sustainability in the fashion industry. By making conscious choices about the clothing we buy, we can all play a part in creating a more sustainable future for fashion..
