In a recent development at an Old East Dallas apartment complex, a man named Jarvis Urssing found himself at the center of a tragic event. The incident, which took place in the early hours of the morning, resulted in the death of 47-year-old Thomas Williams following a fight between the two individuals.
The Grand Jury’s Decision
Jarvis Urssing, aged 39, was initially charged with murder in connection to the death of Thomas Williams. However, a Dallas County grand jury recently decided not to indict Urssing in December, as stated in online Dallas County court records.
