Accident – Death – Obituary News : Noida: In a devastating accident that shook the residents of Greater Noida, two individuals tragically lost their lives when their SUV collided head-on with a dumper truck in the early hours of Thursday. The incident occurred in the dark, secluded Rabupura area near Sector 32, where the two victims, identified as Omveer and Lokesh from Jewar, were on their way to pick up a guest for a religious ceremony at Omveer’s residence.

According to Sarthak Sengar, ACP Greater Noida, the collision took place around 2am when the speeding dumper truck crashed into the SUV on a narrow, poorly-lit road. The impact was so severe that the front of the car was completely mangled, trapping the bodies of the deceased inside. It took considerable effort for the authorities to extract the victims from the wreckage.

The driver of the dumper truck fled the scene of the accident, leaving behind the vehicle. Despite efforts by the police to track down the culprit, the accused remains at large. A case has been registered against the driver at the Rabupura station under IPC sections 279 (rash driving) and 304-A (causing death by negligence).

The tragic incident has left the community in shock and disbelief as they mourn the untimely loss of Omveer and Lokesh. The authorities are urging anyone with information about the whereabouts of the driver to come forward and assist in bringing them to justice.
