The incident took place on December 23, 2023, when the detainee, known as B.E., was brought in following a domestic incident at Sam’s Club. Surveillance footage revealed the detainee attempting to communicate with Officer Green about needing to use the restroom, only to be ignored. As a result, B.E. urinated in the corner of the cell, leading to a disturbing chain of events.

Upon discovering the urine, Officer Green reportedly threatened the detainee, coercing him to lick up the liquid from the floor or face physical violence. Green proceeded to film the degrading act, standing over B.E. as he gagged and struggled to comply with the humiliating demand. Following the incident, B.E. was allowed to leave the holding cell but soon after, he vomited repeatedly in the booking area. On Thursday, Green pleaded guilty to one count of acting under color of law to deprive a person of his civil rights, facing a potential maximum sentence of 12 months in prison.
