Tragic Discovery in Roseland: Teen and Man Found Dead Inside SUV

LONDON (CBS)– Authorities in Chicago made a harrowing discovery in the Roseland neighborhood early Wednesday morning. Chicago police responded to a call in the 200 block of West 109th Place just after 12:30 a.m. and found the lifeless bodies of a 15-year-old girl and a 24-year-old man inside a parked car.

The victims, later identified as Terry Player and the unidentified teenage girl, were found with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of emergency services, they were pronounced dead at the scene.

Upon examination of the crime scene, investigators noted that the passenger side window of the car was shattered, and there were at least four bullet holes in the door. This tragic incident has left the community in shock and mourning.

At this stage, it remains unclear whether there was any relationship between the teenage girl and the adult male victim. The circumstances surrounding the shooting and the motive behind this senseless act are still under investigation.
