Tragic Accident Claims Life of 25-Year-Old Wayne County Man in Four-Wheeler Crash

In a devastating turn of events, a 25-year-old man from Doylestown, Wayne County, lost his life in a fatal one-vehicle crash involving a four-wheeler on Tuesday afternoon. The victim, identified as Garrett Carraway, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, which took place on Serfass Road (Township Road 94) in Chippewa Township.

Details of the Incident

The Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the scene of the crash at approximately 5:06 p.m. on Tuesday. According to the initial investigation, Carraway was operating a white and red 1986 Honda TRX-250R four-wheeler travelling southbound on Serfass Road when the vehicle veered off the left side of the road and collided with a guardrail.

Tragically, Carraway, who was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The authorities have confirmed that the incident is currently under investigation, with no indication of drugs or alcohol playing a role in the tragic accident.
