Close Relatives Turned Out to be Killers of Murder Victims in Pakpattan
In a shocking turn of events, close relatives have been revealed as the murderers of victims in two separate cases in district Pakpattan, Sahiwal. The first case involves the tragic death of a trader, Adil Rafiq (55), whose body was found near Khader Canal, just 7km from Pakpattan city. Police investigations led to the arrest of Adil’s own nephew, Farhan, who confessed to the heinous crime.
The Tragic Story Unfolds
It was discovered that Farhan had a tumultuous relationship with his first cousin, Uzma Ashraf, who was Adil Rafiq’s niece. After a short-lived marriage with Uzma, Farhan divorced her when she was pregnant with their child. Despite his attempts to convince Adil to intervene and return the child to him, Adil stood firm in supporting his niece’s custody of the baby.
On the fateful day of the murder, Farhan resorted to extreme measures, injuring Adil before ultimately strangling him to death. He then enlisted the help of his neighbour, Saima, to dispose of the body near a village along Khader Canal.
Unravelling the Deception
Meanwhile, in another shocking case in Pakpattan, Taimoor Taj reported the alleged murder of his pregnant wife, Sidra, by three unidentified robbers. However, suspicions arose when the forensic analysis revealed inconsistencies in Taimoor’s account of the events. Further investigation led to the revelation that Taimoor himself was the perpetrator of his wife’s heinous murder.

Confessions and Arrests
Taimoor Taj admitted to having a long-standing affair with another woman, leading him to plan and carry out the murder of his pregnant wife. Both Farhan and Taimoor have been arrested and are facing the consequences of their appalling actions.
The cases highlight the chilling reality of perpetrators being close relatives of the victims, shaking the community of Pakpattan to its core.
