Tragic Road Accident Claims Three Lives in Singra Upazila, Bangladesh

In a devastating turn of events, three people, including two siblings, lost their lives in a tragic road accident on the Bamihal-Durgapur road in Ranirhat area under Singra upazila of Natore district, Bangladesh.
Victims identified
The deceased have been identified as Mosommat Hosne Ara Begum, 45, wife of Abdus Sattar, a resident of Bankurail village in Singra upazila, Md Imran Hossain, 22, and Md Rabbi Hossain, 18, sons of Abdul Momin, residents of the same area.

The tragic incident occurred when a truck collided with a battery-run auto van around 12.30pm, resulting in the untimely deaths of three passengers in the van. Another individual sustained injuries and was rushed to Sherpur Upazila Health Complex for treatment.
Police Response
Upon receiving information about the accident, the Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Singra Police Station, Abul Kalam, immediately dispatched a team to the scene. The bodies of the deceased were recovered and sent to Natore Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy. The authorities also seized the truck involved in the collision and apprehended the driver and helper for further investigation.

A case has been filed in connection with the tragic incident to ensure that justice is served and the responsible parties are held accountable for their actions.
