Tragic Loss: 13-Year-Old Boy Identified as Victim in Orange County House Fire

Authorities in Orange County have revealed the identity of the individual who tragically lost their life in a devastating house fire that occurred over the weekend. The Orange County Fire Rescue team responded to the incident before 11:30 p.m. on Saturday in the Pine Hills neighbourhood, specifically on Roger Babson Road near Pine Hills Road and Balboa Drive. Upon arrival, firefighters were met with a harrowing sight as half of the home was engulfed in flames, with one person trapped inside. Despite their efforts to conduct a search and fire attack, the victim was sadly found deceased.

The victim has been identified as 13-year-old Westephaly Charles, a young soul taken too soon in the tragic blaze. Along with this heartbreaking loss, seven other individuals, including four adults and three children, have been displaced as a result of the fire.
