Accident – Death – Obituary News : A man in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, identified as Tyler Hall, 19, was apprehended by the Baton Rouge Police Department following an investigation on Wednesday, Feb. 28. Hall and a passenger were discovered inside a Camaro at BREC’s Duchess Drive Park after hours. The officer noticed “clouds of marijuana smoke exiting the vehicle” when the window was rolled down, with the smoke being so dense that it resembled a fog machine.

Upon being requested to surrender the marijuana, Hall and the passenger handed over a partially smoked marijuana blunt. They claimed there were no drugs or weapons in the Camaro. However, a zip-lock bag containing marijuana was spotted by the officer, which Hall then gave to them. Subsequently, when the passenger exited the vehicle, guns were observed inside the Camaro.

As another officer arrived at the scene and approached Hall, they noticed his hand moving towards the floorboard of the vehicle. This led to the officer drawing their weapon and instructing Hall to keep his hands up. Hall and the passenger were detained on the spot.

A search of the Camaro revealed guns and a large zip-lock bag containing marijuana blunts. One of the guns had a Glock switch attached to it. Hall admitted that the Camaro belonged to him, along with the marijuana found in the vehicle. He also confessed to constructing and firing the guns, albeit not at anyone.

The passenger was released after signing a summons for possession of marijuana and violating park hours. On the other hand, Hall faced charges for handling machine guns, trespassing on BREC parks, possession of an unidentifiable firearm, illegal carrying of weapons with CDS, and possession, distribution, and manufacturing of Schedule I substances.
