Tragic Crash Claims Three Lives in Pomona, California
Three women tragically lost their lives in a devastating crash involving an alleged drunken driver in Pomona, California. The incident occurred on Saturday night as the victims were returning home from a baby shower.
According to the Pomona Police Department, the collision between two vehicles resulted in “moderate to severe injuries” for all parties involved. The victims were identified as Alejandra Olaez, 33, her sister-in-law Yesenia Olaez, 33, and Noemi Olaez, 12. Noemi is the daughter of Alejandra Olaez.
Two individuals succumbed to their injuries at the scene, while three others were rushed to the hospital. Sadly, Morales, Alejandra Olaez, and Yesenia Olaez were later pronounced dead. Juan Manuel Garcia, the husband of Lorena Morales, was in critical condition, and Noemi was being treated in the intensive care unit.

The driver of the other vehicle, Victor Siharath, 36, was arrested on charges of felony DUI after authorities determined he was driving under the influence. Subsequently, Siharath was formally charged with three counts of murder and one count of driving under the influence causing injury.
Friends and family of the victims have set up GoFundMe fundraisers to support the families of Morales, Alejandra Olaez, and Yesenia Olaez during this difficult time.
