Enfield Woman Faces Charges After Fatal Minibike Crash

An Enfield woman is in hot water after allegedly fleeing the scene of a crash that resulted in the death of a minibike rider on Monday night. The incident took place near the intersection of Hazard Avenue and Water Street, where officers responded to a multi-vehicle collision at approximately 8 p.m.

Upon arriving at the scene, authorities discovered the lifeless body of the minibike rider and determined that a minivan was involved in the crash. The driver of the minivan, identified as 66-year-old Judith Kostek, reportedly fled the scene but was later apprehended by law enforcement.
