Man Arrested for Burglarizing Business in Peoria

A recent incident in Peoria has left locals shocked as a man was arrested for allegedly burglarizing a business in the area. The suspect, 50-year-old Javier Prado, was taken into custody by Peoria Police after they responded to a robbery call in the 400 block of NE Jefferson in Peoria.

Robbery Call Leads to Arrest

According to police reports, officers arrived at the scene to find that an adult male had physically assaulted a female and attempted to take her purse, resulting in minor injuries to the victim. The quick response from law enforcement led to the identification and arrest of the suspect, Javier Prado.
