Motorcyclist Killed in Pine Hills Crash

Tragedy struck early Saturday morning in Pine Hills, Florida, as a motorcyclist lost their life in a fatal crash. The incident occurred at the intersection of Silver Star Road and Princeton Street around 12:02 a.m., according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Details of the Accident

Reports from the FHP indicate that the motorcyclist, identified only as a male at this time, was travelling westbound on Princeton Street towards Silver Star Road. As the rider attempted to navigate a left-hand curve, they failed to maintain control, causing the motorcycle to veer off the roadway to the right. The bike collided with a curb before entering the grass shoulder, eventually rotating counter clockwise onto Silver Star Road and ejecting the rider in the process.

Tragically, the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders. The FHP is currently conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
