Tragic Incident in Ramban District: Teenager Succumbs to Smoke Inhalation
Srinagar- Tragedy struck in Dedha area of Gool, Ramban district in Jammu and Kashmir as an 18-year-old boy lost his life to suffocation, while four others were rushed to the hospital after inhaling smoke while sleeping in a room, as per official sources.
An official, quoted by news agency KNO, disclosed that the unfortunate incident occurred due to smoke emanating from a generator in the room where the teenagers were resting.
The source further revealed that the group was attending a wedding ceremony when the tragic incident unfolded, leading to the death of Mohammad Tariq from Dedha, and the hospitalization of the other four individuals.
The authorities are currently providing medical treatment to the affected individuals as they recover from the ordeal.
