Burnham St. Milwaukee police responded to a call reporting a man lying in the street with a gunshot wound to his chest. A search of her home revealed incriminating items, including the “TB” shirt worn by the assailant, as well as firearms-related paperwork and ammunition consistent with the weapon used in the shooting.
