Woman Identified in Fatal Car Accident on Northwest Side of San Antonio

Authorities have identified the woman who tragically lost her life in a fatal car accident on the Northwest Side of San Antonio. The victim has been named as Veronica Villareal, aged 47. She succumbed to blunt-force injuries sustained during the incident.

The fatal accident occurred late Sunday night, just after 11 pm, at the intersection of Babcock Road and Medical Drive. Villareal was struck by a black sedan while attempting to cross the street, resulting in her untimely death at the scene of the collision.

Following the investigation, the Bexar County Medical Examiner has officially determined Villareal’s passing as accidental.
