CCTV footage captured the horrifying moment a black Ford Explorer raced down the road before crashing into a car at the busy intersection.

The vehicle that bore the brunt of the collision was a red Nissan Sentra carrying four passengers.

Tragically, the passengers included married couple Richard and Rebecca Whiddon from Brooklyn, Connecticut, who lost their lives in the fatal crash.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2017, were in the area visiting a friend when the tragic accident occurred.

Upon arrival at the scene, first responders discovered the Whiddon couple deceased, while miraculously, the driver of the Nissan escaped unscathed.

However, the third passenger remains in critical condition in a local hospital.

Wadlinger’s criminal record includes multiple traffic violations, and he is currently under detainment related to a previous conviction.
