A tragic incident occurred late last night in Aiken County, South Carolina, resulting in the death of a young woman in a single-vehicle crash.
The accident took place just before midnight on Howlandville Road near Monroe Street in Warrenville, S.C.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol reported that the driver of an SUV lost control of the vehicle, veered off the road, collided with a culvert, and ultimately crashed into a tree.
Tragically, the victim, identified as 21-year-old Ramsey Byers, succumbed to her injuries at the scene of the crash.
