Trichy: Nepali Pilgrim Dies at Srirangam Temple

A 55-year-old pilgrim from Nepal, D Dilladadapakkin, tragically passed away at Srirangam in Trichy on Monday. The incident occurred at the Renganathaswamy temple where the deceased, along with her husband E Dhamodhar Prasathdas and relatives, had visited on Sunday. The family was staying at a Uthiraveethi mutt when Dilladadapakkin suddenly experienced difficulty breathing in the night.

Her family rushed her to Srirangam GH where she unfortunately succumbed to her condition. The Srirangam police have registered a case of unnatural death in connection with the incident.
