Convicted Felon Arrested for Aggravated Assault in Houston, Texas

HOUSTON, Texas — A convicted felon was taken into custody on charges of aggravated assault and illegal possession of a firearm on February 25, 2024. The arrest was made by deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office following a disturbance report in the 7600 block of Foxwaithe Lane.

The suspect, identified as Milo Harris, was detained after it was discovered that he had allegedly pointed a pistol at the complainant and discharged it, with the bullets narrowly missing the complainant’s feet.

Arrest and Charges

Constable Mark Herman confirmed the arrest, stating, “Milo Harris was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. He is facing charges of Aggravated Assault and being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm. His bond has been set at $75,000.00 for the Aggravated Assault charge, and he is currently awaiting bond proceedings at the 338th District Court for the firearm possession charge.”
