Teenager Charged with Murder in Yonkers Shooting Incident

A teenager has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the fatal shooting of a 51-year-old man following an argument in Yonkers, New York. The incident took place in the early morning hours on Mount Carmel Place, leading to a tragic outcome.

According to reports from the Yonkers Police Department, the suspect, identified as Ludvin Ramos-Cervantes, allegedly shot the victim, Francisco Gordillo, in the head during the altercation. Despite efforts from first responders, Gordillo succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Authorities believe that Ramos-Cervantes left the scene briefly after the argument but returned armed with a firearm, which he used to fatally shoot Gordillo.
