A devastating incident occurred on Sunday night in Guduvancherry, Tamil Nadu, where a woman lost her life in a fatal accident involving a Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation bus. The victim, identified as Devilohasharmila, 35, hailing from Tuticorin, was a resident of Hamsa Nagar in Guduvancherry.

The unfortunate accident took place as Devilohasharmila was on her way to pick up her sons from a tuition centre in Urapakkam. It was then that a bus from Cuddalore collided with her two-wheeler from behind, leading to her untimely demise at the scene of the accident.

The bus driver, Bhoopathy, 57, a resident of Villupuram, was apprehended by the police following the tragic incident. The entire community in Guduvancherry is in shock and mourning over the loss of Devilohasharmila, a beloved member of the neighbourhood.
