British Columbia Court of Appeal Upholds Acquittal of Accused Murderer Due to Police Errors

The British Columbia Court of Appeal has made a landmark decision, rejecting an appeal from Crown prosecutors seeking a new trial for an accused murderer who was acquitted due to police errors in handling evidence.
