A driver on Cape Cod is set to appear in court following allegations that he fled the scene of a dramatic car crash in Yarmouth.

In recently released police body camera footage, five officers can be seen forcefully entering a vehicle that was completely engulfed in flames. Upon breaking the driver’s window, they discovered that the car was unoccupied.

The driver, identified as 42-year-old Arthur Garabrant, was later located at a nearby residence. He was issued a summons for charges of negligent operation and leaving the scene of an accident.
