Teacher Arrested for Allegedly Assaulting Class 1 Student in Kota

Kota, a city in Rajasthan, has once again made headlines for a disturbing incident involving a government school teacher. The Rajasthan Police have apprehended Mohammed Sattar, a teacher at Khedarasulpur government senior secondary school, for reportedly physically assaulting a Class 1 student, resulting in the dislocation of her arm bone.

The distressing incident unfolded on Saturday when Sattar allegedly subjected the young girl to violent behaviour, including forcefully pulling her arm. The excessive force exerted by the teacher led to the serious injury, prompting the police to take swift action.

Following a complaint lodged by the father of the five-year-old victim, Mohammed Sattar was taken into custody on Saturday evening. The case has been registered at the Kaithun police station in Kota district, and the accused teacher is set to appear before the court on Sunday, as confirmed by Circle Officer (Kota Rural) Gagendra Singh.

It has been reported that Mohammed Sattar faces charges under the Indian Penal Code and the SC/ST Act, reflecting the severity of the alleged offence.
