Justin Sanville Arrested for DUI in Newport Center, Vermont

On the 24th of February, 2024, at approximately 1653 hours, the Vermont State Police received a report from the U.S. Border Patrol regarding a male driver on Farrar Road in Newport Center, Vermont, who was suspected of being impaired. Responding to the call was Sgt. Mikkola from the Derby station. The driver was identified as Justin Sanville, a 34-year-old resident of Newport Center, Vermont.

Following an investigation, Sanville was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI). He was then transported to the Derby Barracks for processing and later released with a citation.

Court Proceedings

Sanville is due to appear in the Criminal Division of the Vermont Superior Court in Newport on the 12th of March, 2024, at 0830 hours. No bail has been set for his release.

A mug shot of Sanville has been included as part of the evidence in the case.
