Suspect in Custody

Following the discovery of Kilman’s body, police obtained an arrest warrant for murder for 21-year-old Charles E. Escalera. Escalera was apprehended by Kentucky State Police after a call about a suspicious man in a barn on the Green and Taylor County line.
