Police successfully locate mother of 4-year-old child found wandering in Winton Hills

Officers from the Cincinnati Police Department have successfully located the mother of a 4-year-old boy who was found wandering alone in the Winton Hills area on Friday night. The child, identified as Ashton, was discovered near Winton Hills Academy at approximately 6 p.m. Fortunately, he was found to be in good physical and mental condition when he was located. Following the discovery, the mother of the child was located later in the evening, and the child has since been reunited with her.

CINCINNATI — Officers from the Cincinnati Police Department have successfully located the mother of a 4-year-old boy who was found wandering alone in the Winton Hills area on Friday night.

Ashton, the child in question, was found near Winton Hills Academy around 6 p.m. and was thankfully found to be in good health.

Following the discovery, efforts were made to locate the mother of the child, and she was successfully found later on Friday. The child has now been safely reunited with his mother.
