Two other occupants, including the driver, sustained injuries but were fortunately released from the hospital.

According to preliminary information from the Colorado State Patrol, the accident occurred when the RAV4 swerved to avoid a slowing vehicle ahead, ultimately losing control and rolling off the shoulder of the road.
