Accident – Death – Obituary News : An individual has been apprehended in connection with the burglary of a Secret Service vehicle parked outside Naomi Biden’s residence in Washington, D.C., in November 2023. The arrest affidavit, dated Feb. 6, indicates that Kemp faces charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and first-degree theft. Among the items allegedly stolen from the unmarked black Ford Expedition were a velocity system police vest, night vision goggles, a Mifi portable router, a red trauma cube containing first aid supplies, a battery headlamp, and multiple chemical sticks.

The unauthorized use of a vehicle charge is linked to Kemp’s purported use of a stolen red Toyota Corolla as the getaway vehicle during the break-in of the Secret Service vehicle. The Corolla, which bore Virginia tags, had been reported stolen in Washington, D.C. The rightful owner allowed the Secret Service to process the vehicle upon being contacted.

During the processing of the Corolla, several of the stolen items from the Expedition were found, with Kemp’s fingerprints discovered on a McDonald’s bag and receipt inside the car. Additionally, fingerprints belonging to an unidentified juvenile were detected on the stolen items within the Corolla. The second individual was confirmed to be under court-ordered GPS monitoring at the time and was located in Naomi Biden’s vicinity on the night of the break-in.

It remains unclear whether the second suspect has been formally charged in relation to the Nov. 12 incident. According to the Washington Post, the second suspect, a 14-year-old boy, was arrested and charged with three counts of armed carjacking on Feb. 15 for incidents in January and February. While the Metropolitan Police Department in D.C. confirmed this arrest, it did not specify if the boy was the unidentified second suspect in the burglary outside Naomi Biden’s home.
