Vernon Man Arrested for DUI and Drug Possession After Single-Vehicle Crash in Guilford
On Monday night, a single-vehicle crash on Coolidge Memorial Highway in Guilford resulted in the arrest of a 24-year-old man from Vernon. Vermont State Police were called to the scene at around 9:12 p.m. following reports of the accident.
Upon arrival, troopers identified the driver of the crashed vehicle as Zebulen C. Lesure. After conducting an investigation, Lesure was taken into custody on charges of driving under the influence (DUI) and possession of a regulated substance.
Lesure was transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing and was later released with a criminal citation. He is scheduled to appear in the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on March 12 at 8:30 a.m. to address the charges brought against him.
