Man Stabbed to Death in Front of Wife in Tirupati

In a horrifying incident that took place in Ramachandrapuram locality near Nazeer Thota Eidgah in Nellore town, a 36-year-old man named Madipudi Penchal Prasad was brutally stabbed to death by unidentified individuals in front of his wife. The incident occurred around midnight on Sunday when the couple was asleep in their home.

The assailants, numbering four, barged into the house at 12:30 am, catching Prasad and his wife off guard. As the couple stepped out of their room to investigate the noise, they were confronted by the intruders. One of the men quickly grabbed Prasad’s wife, gagged her, and held her in a corner of the room while the other three attackers mercilessly stabbed Prasad a total of 25 times.

Despite the brutal assault, Prasad succumbed to his injuries on the spot. The attackers, after ensuring his death, fled the scene, leaving behind a distraught wife and a grieving family.

According to Nawabpeta circle inspector M Bobby, the family of the deceased has named some individuals with whom Prasad had previous enmity. The police have launched a manhunt for the suspects who are currently on the run, evading authorities.
