In a shocking incident, the Cleveland Division of Police has launched a homicide investigation after discovering a man fatally shot in a bathtub. The unfortunate discovery took place in the 15700 block of School Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio.

According to the police report obtained by 19 News, officers responded to a call at 1:24 p.m. on Feb. 15. Initially believed to be a suspected overdose, the victim, identified as 33-year-old Blake Story, was found dead with a gunshot wound to the back in the bathtub of the home.

Investigators from the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office are working closely with the Cleveland police to uncover more details about the motive behind the shooting. As of now, there are no identified suspects in connection with this tragic incident.
